Our proprietary on-demand platform allows you to have a store with no inventory on the shelf, yet a huge selection of brands, styles, colors for your employees to choose from. Great selection with NO risk…Does it get any better than that?

With our on-demand platform, you can offer an amazing selection of styles and colors from multiple brands offered only in your approved colors. There are no limits or extra costs to add products.

Your store can offer as many logos as needed.  Users select logos and locations that adhere to your brand guidelines.  Multiple logos and personalization can be added to each item with one piece minimums.

Set up custom print products alongside your apparel and swag. business cards, envelopes, fliers and letterhead are printed on-demand and adhere to your strict guidelines. Items are customized and approved on-screen by the buyer, then are sent to you for approval before flowing directly to our in-house production flow.

Not all items are great for on-demand. Many programs have some inventory when it makes sense. On-demand and inventory items will ship together. We don’t charge warehousing fees or pick and pack fees for our clients.

The only way to truly run on-demand programs is to control the technology, decoration, and distribution infrastructure. In-house decoration is key to a successful program.  In house we embroider, DTF, laser etch, large format print, paper print and more. When you control the decoration, you control the timing and quality.

Your brand standard will be upheld in our platform, so people can only order compliant items and colors with proper branding.

Multiple shipping options are offered, including bulk shipping, subsidized shipping, and shipping on your account at no extra cost. We also offer multiple services such as ground, overnight, etc.

Collecting the information your accounting needs at checkout is key to a successful program. We not only collect it, but get it to your team in the format needed so AP is happy. We collect cost centers, GL codes, locations, etc. Users can pay via points, credit cards, gift cards, promo codes and more. Custom fields…no problem.

We collect sales tax in all states where it is collected.

Buyers can see live inventory, which pulls directly from our suppliers or our warehouse. It is displayed for every size and color for every item.

Our system allows you to easily set budgets for each user. It can be tied to cost centers, locations or whatever you need to track it.

Our Client Portal has a comprehensive reporting suite for admin users to run any type or report needed and export it to Excel. Sales reports, tracking, accounting reports and much more.

If our clients meet the minimums annual spend of $250,000 we never charge hosting, store update fees, etc.  We believe that when you partner with iCoStore, you shouldn’t be nickle and dimed!

We typically invoice store point purchases monthly. We work with your accounting team to provide a report with all information they need to properly allocate cost centers, GL codes, etc. to different budgets within your system.

Our sites are designed to work smoothly on mobile devices. We can even create a custom app for your store.

Set approvals for any reason.  If orders are over $X, or if users who pay on cost center need approval.  Let us know your criteria and we will build it into the workflow.

We average less than four business days to get orders produced and shipped.  In stock items ship within 24 hours. Rush service is available when needed.

Most people assume that because we produce items one at a time, they are more expensive. We have integrated and automated our decoration in-house, so we are very efficient. The cost savings for having zero waste makes it a no brainer!

All clients have an experienced account manager who is your main point of contact, and they will help source items not found in your program. As they learn your brand and tastes, they will become an extension of your team!

We integrate with clients in different ways, from SSO to punchout.

Data security is a top priority. At our core, we are a technology company, so we host our platform in a Tier 1 hosting facility and do it right. Compliance documentation will be provided during the implementation process.

Use SSO for easy user login, but also to pass us data that pushes to orders and reporting such as departments, cost centers, location, etc.

Type a note, which will be printed on a nice gift card and inserted into the box.  This allows you to ship gifts directly to clients. We can even package the order in a nice gift box.

Turn on different languages within your store and allow users to select their language.

Allow different user types to view different products and logos.  Some users don’t need to have access to certain products.  We can build the rules into your store based on user title.
