A longtime customer wanted to transition their employee service awards (anniversary) program to us. Their current service awards program sent all employees the same gift and certificate. It was not exciting and employees felt like they were not being recognized for their loyalty. HR needed something different.
We worked to understand their employee demographics and budget for each milestone. Once survey results were in, we built a store and merchandised it with a targeted selection of name-brand items. Our automated system generated an account and sent a “Happy Anniversary” message with their login information. Employees could choose one item from a large selection within their anniversary category.
