iCoStore builds, hosts and runs customized online company stores that sell branded corporate apparel and promotional products. Our on-demand production system makes it possible to have unlimited product selection without traditional inventory liability.
If you visit our 32,000 square-foot facility in Tempe, AZ, you will see that we do everything in-house: we write code, design & merchandise stores, embroider, screen print, laser etch, large format print, heat seal, DTG print, answer phones, warehouse items, ship orders and more. This gives us control over every step of the process.
Back in 1999—at a time when most companies were still using paper catalogs—we pioneered Just-In-Time production and built our own online company store technology. We set the industry standard. Today, we continue to refine, innovate, improve our systems and lead the way.
iCoStore is in the top 1% of the 30,000+ distributors nationwide. We run over 90 online stores for companies like Corona Beer, Citgo, AmeriGas, Groupon, UPS, and Burger King. Over the past 15 years, we can count on one hand the clients who have left because they were unhappy with our services.
All of our clients are matched with a dedicated account manager who becomes an invaluable member of your team. iCoStore account managers do not work on commission, so you can trust that they have your best interests at heart. Your account manager will get to know your needs and preferences, help you resolve issues quickly and develop practical and innovative solutions to help your store thrive.
iCoStore provides the complete solution for apparel, promotional products and print needs. Your success is our success. We do things the right way and take pride in our work.
iCoStore was founded in 2002, just as the internet was starting to change the world. New industries were popping up. Old ones were dying. Back then, the first iPhone was still five years out. Blockbuster Video was going strong, the first iPod had just been released and you still needed to call your travel agent to book a flight, hotel or rental car. Facebook and YouTube didn’t exist. This was the beginning of a major paradigm shift—not only in business, but in our daily lives…

President & Founder
Tom Meissner founded Sedona Golf Products in his college apartment after working at a golf course during a year abroad in Spain. His original goal was to create a line of kid’s clubs to sell in Spain. However, Tom’s plan shifted, and he ended up designing and decorating custom golf and travel products for the US corporate market. In the late 1990s Tom started building online stores so that companies could sell more of his golf products. He quickly realized that there was an even greater opportunity to build company stores that decorated all types of products on demand.
Tom founded iCoStore in 2002 as a partner company to Sedona Golf. His background in the corporate market, product design and decoration gave him a unique perspective on company stores. Tom hired technology experts to design, build and run the system and processes that are the backbone of iCoStore today. Tom continues to run iCoStore and head up new business development.
When he is not working or coaching kid’s sports, Tom likes to play golf and head to the beach or mountains with his family to sail, kayak, bike, hike and snowboard.

Debra became interested in accounting while working summer jobs selling totem poles to tourists in Alaska. After dabbling at a law firm, and a few fun years at a plastics manufacturing company in Oregon, Debra joined the iCoStore team in 2009. She began as iCoStore’s sole accountant and now heads the accounting department.
When not working on the books, Debra enjoys many hobbies. Her family’s homestead has chickens, bees, alpacas and an aspiring garden. Debra and her husband love remodeling and are always doing something to their house. They recently picked up a dilapidated 1960 travel trailer and are planning a vintage remodel so they can take their two girls on the road to explore America.

It all started when Whitney took a job at a knitting store back in college. A regular customer noticed her attention to detail, creativity and positive attitude, and invited Whitney to interview at her promotional products company. So Whitney packed up her knitting needles and started running programs for smoking cessation and general healthcare as an Assistant Program Coordinator. After six rewarding years, Whitney came to iCoStore, where she brought a wide range of product and vendor knowledge. Now, Whitney works with large clients in a variety of industries, from power to oil and gas to insurance to sustainability. Her attention to detail, creativity and positive attitude have not changed.
When not working or spending time with her husband and baby girl, Whitney knits and watches every St. Louis Cardinals baseball game she can. She has also gone back to her roots in performance and dance. Whitney holds an active chair position on the Young Leadership Board at the Herberger Theater Center.
