An international technology company with over 1,200 employees needed an easy way to outfit its employees with logo apparel. All employees were required to wear logo apparel, but didn’t have a set uniform. They wanted to give employees a professional selection of apparel within their color pallet. Their goal was to centralize all logo apparel purchases through a single vendor, so they could focus on their jobs and know the uniforms were done right.
We worked closely with their marketing department to select appropriate merchandise. We built and tested the store within 15 days. They selected 40 styles with multiple colors for both men and women. We worked with HR to create accounts and set budgets for each employee. The store launched – and employees ordered over 5,000 garments in the first week!
All employees now order as needed on the store and everything is produced Just-In-Time. The company adds all new employees through our Client Portal. We configured bulk shipping twice a month to all of their locations, which saves the company thousands of dollars on shipping. The program is turnkey. The employees love having a choice of nice, brand-name apparel and the company loves that the store runs itself. They look at the reporting, but are not involved in the ordering or distribution process.
