What does iCoStore do?
iCoStore builds and manages online company stores for businesses, allowing employees to easily order branded merchandise, uniforms, swag, and print materials. Our platform provides a streamlined, on-demand solution that eliminates the hassle of managing inventory, offers a wide selection of products, and ensures brand consistency across all items.
How is iCoStore different from other merchandise providers?

What are the benefits of an online store?
A custom online store centralizes your purchasing to ensure brand consistency and allow employees to easily order what they need from uniforms to swag and print. A good store integrates with your platform and ties to budgets and cost centers to make the experience very efficient.
How much does iCoStore cost?
The initial set up cost will vary depending on your requirements, but typically runs between $2500 - $5000. If your annual spend with iCoStore exceeds $250,000 there are no annual fees. Book a free consultation to learn more.

How do you ensure brand compliance?
We approve all logos, colors, and imprint placements before production. Our in-house teams follow strict guidelines, including correct logo color, item color, logo sizing and logo position for each item.
How does iCoStore support major brand transitions or rebrands?
A rebrand is a great time to move to the iCoStore on-demand model. Rebranding is a fresh start where all old logo merchandise is obsolete and the new branding gets new product options and very little or no inventory risk. Many clients onboard with iCoStore when they are rebranding.
Who is a good fit for iCoStore?
iCoStore is ideal for companies that need to centralize their branded merchandise, uniforms, and promotional products and are looking for a progressive vendor that produces most items on-demand with no minimums. We look for mid to large companies across different industries who spend a minimum of $250,000 per year and fund the store for employees through budgets or points. We don't offer B2C stores, only B2B.
How do I cancel or shut down my store?
We include a 60-day out clause. If you decide to leave, we’ll help you transition without penalty. This is a partnership and it must work well for both parties and if it doesn't, we don't want you to be stuck in a situation that doesn't work for you.
Are iCoStore stores mobile-friendly?
Yes. Our platform is fully mobile responsive, allowing users to browse and order via phones or tablets.
Can iCoStore build a store where I can sell my own designs to the public?
Our platform is designed for businesses to offer branded merchandise to their employees, not for public retail or personal merch stores. We don’t support public-facing sales or dropshipping-style storefronts.
How does an on-demand store program save money?
An on-demand store program eliminates the costs associated with purchasing inventory upfront, warehousing unsold items, and dealing with outdated or excess stock. You only pay for what you need, when you need it. The other place iCoStore saves money is with our program management and customer integrations. We solve challenges and save clients significant internal labor costs associated with managing a program.
How long does it take to launch an online store?
Most stores launch in 4–8 weeks. We spend time with your team to understand your goals and dreams, then guide you through the decision making process. We handle implementation, sourcing, design, and setup; your main role is providing brand inputs and approvals.
Do you offer customer support?
We offer dedicated account managers for every client, plus phone, email, and chat support for day-to-day questions, order tracking, and special requests.
How do you handle returns and exchanges?
If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it. Returns are not accepted for on-demand produced items, because that item was custom decorated specifically for that order. We do have customer sponsored options for returns on your store.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are set up to collect and remit sales tax in all US states that have sales tax.
What if we do not reach $250,000 in annual spend?
We will charge an annual hosting fee if the minimum isn't met. It is also possible that we will discuss moving your program to another supplier if the spend is well below the minimum and we don't foresee it reaching $250,000 the following year.

Can I add or remove items from the store?
Our platform is designed to be highly flexible, allowing you to easily add or remove items as your needs change. Whether you’re introducing a new product line, phasing out old items, or making seasonal adjustments, our team can update your store quickly and efficiently.
You maintain control over your product catalog, and we can help manage changes to ensure that the store always reflects your current offerings and branding.
What is on-demand?
On-demand production means that items are decorated after an order is placed, rather than being pre-made and stocked in inventory. This model eliminates the need for upfront purchasing, reduces waste, and ensures that you only pay for what you actually use. iCoStore leads the industry offering no minimums and fast decoration.
Does iCoStore hold inventory?
The majority of items in our programs are produced on-demand, however we do have a warehouse and stock items that can't be decorated on-demand. This hybrid approach to running the stores allows on-demand and in-stock items to be ordered and shipped together.
Does iCoStore offer design and artwork assistance?
Our in-house creative team can help develop artwork, logos, and product designs that align with your brand. Whether you need to create new designs from scratch or make adjustments to existing files, we have you covered.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Our on-demand decoration methods include embroidery, DTF printing, laser etching, UV printing, large format printing and print on demand for paper products. We also have significant in-house screen print capacity for large orders. By controlling the decoration, we have full control of lead times and your branding quality.
Can the store integrate with our systems (ERP, SSO, PunchOut, etc.)?
Yes. We support integrations with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and others, as well as Single Sign-On and PunchOut catalog capabilities.
Do you offer both employee-paid and company-paid options?
The most successful programs fund employee purchases via points, budgets or cost center purchases. Employees can also purchase using credit cards. The stores that don't fund or subsidize employee purchases are not successful. As much as we want to believe employees will spend their own money for company branded swag...they won't.
Is custom packaging or gift note inserts available?
Yes, we offer custom packaging and gift note insert options to elevate your brand presentation. Whether you need branded boxes, personalized thank-you notes, or curated kits, we can design and include them with your orders. Thank you cards can be customized at checkout, allowing buyers to send gifts directly to their clients.
What customization options are available?
Our in-house tech team can develop specialized functionality or custom integrations on a case-by-case basis. We work closely with you to scope and implement these custom needs.
Can we set different product or uniform policies for roles or departments?
Yes, we can configure user roles and department-level rules so employees only see items relevant to them. You can limit access to certain products, uniforms or payment methods and set unique budgets for different teams. The store configuration is flexible and will work for most scenarios.
Do you offer specialized store types for uniforms, pop-up events, or print needs?
Yes. We create separate stores for specific purposes like uniform programs, temporary pop-ups for special events, or dedicated print stores for business cards and other collateral.

Do you offer seasonal uniform options?
Yes, we remerchandise stores seasonally adding and removing products as needed. We frequently add new items to stores as brands add new styles. Having fresh selections for employees is important and with on-demand production, there is no limit to the number of items on your store.
Does iCoStore offer swag and promotional products?
Yes, if you can put a logo on it, we can add it to your swag store. We offer thousands of on-demand items and access to over one million promotional products, ranging from branded drinkware and tech gadgets to custom kits and event giveaways. Whether you’re looking to outfit employees, impress clients, or elevate your brand presence, iCoStore has everything you need to create memorable, high-quality merchandise.
What reporting is available?
Administrators have acces to our Client Portal, which is a full reporting suite to give insights and trends 24/7. Reports like order history, top selling products, top clients, etc. All reports can be exported to Excel.
Can usage be tracked by location or department?
Yes. Store reporting can be filtered by location, department, cost center or whatever specific information you need to track internally.
Where can I see online store examples?
We can provide demos or sample stores on request, because most stores are locked for only our clients to access them. Let us know what type of store interests you, and we’ll share relevant examples.
How do you handle data security?
We are PCI DDS compliant and take data security very seriously. Our servers are hosted in a Tier 1, SOC 2 certified facility and we have protections throughout our infrastructure.
How fast can orders be fullfilled?
Our average, on-demand production time is 4 days. Our goal is to get everything shipped complete in less than 5 days. The shipping times vary based on the service selected by the buyer at checkout.
How do you manage global inventory or multiple shipping locations?
We manage all production and warehousing at our facility in Tempe, AZ. We ship internationally for many programs. There are multiple solutions depending on the requirements of your program.
What types of merchandise can I get through iCoStore?
We offer branded apparel and merchandise from top-name brands, including t-shirts, polos, jackets, scrubs, hats, backpacks, safety gear, vests, mugs, pens, business cards, and more.
