SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS

Situation:

We were approached by a local youth sports organization with over 1,000 kids playing flag football, baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball. They wanted us to streamline all jerseys and team uniforms, but to build a website where parents could purchase branded merchandise to support the teams.

Execution:

The website for parents was the easy part. We designed fun logos for parents and the different sports. Producing 800 basketball uniforms in two weeks for 100 teams was more challenging. We showed up at player evaluations, sized every child then decorated and distributed uniforms on time for each player.

Success:

We have repeated this for all sports seasons for several years. Now we also create sponsor banners and all-star jerseys, which require custom names and numbers. We have added several other sports organizations and now have a dedicated account manager running our sports programs.
